Lacy Johnson is an entrepreneur with a background in technical writing, computer technology, IT project management, and business development. He has corporate experiences at General Electric, Lockheed Martin, Delta Airlines, and Xcel Energy among others. His education and training are in English and Software Engineering. Lacy has lived in the targeted qualified opportunity zone with his wife Betty for over 40 years. They have two sons Darien and Adrian. He has a lifelong commitment to free enterprise business development in economically-challenged communities.

Larry Mckenzie
Larry McKenzie is an author, educator, coach, and speaker. He is the recipient of the 2019 NCAA Living Legend Award and the only coach to win 4 consecutive championship titles in the 100 year history of Minnesota high school boys basketball. Larry serves as a Charter School Authorizer Liaison for Pillsbury United Communities and is a 2018 Bush Fellowship Recipient. After graduating from University of Wisconsin system, he went to work for Prudential Insurance and Blue Cross Blue Shield. He spent the last two decades dedicated to North Minneapolis and has been instrumental in the academic and personal success of hundreds of exceptional student athletes. Coach McKenzie's knowledge of the community in the Opportunity Zone is exceptional and he is a magnet for high potential talent.

Todd Parker is a proven executive with experience in Business Development, Corporate Development, and Finance. He is currently working at Hidden River LLC where he is a founder and managing partner. Hidden River provides consulting services to companies in the mobile ecosystem and has successfully closed on over 31 Transactions for their clients while currently managing a portfolio of 14 investments.
David Li
David Li is currently Vice President at Twin Point Capital. Having joined Twin Point at inception, David is responsible for day-to-day management of the firm's investment analysis and underwriting, deal execution and portfolio support. He was closely involved in Twin Point's underwriting of both Flix Brewhouse and Blue Stream, as well as Wind Mobile Canada, a pre-institutional investment.
Beatrice sibblies
Beatrice Sibblies is the founder & managing partner of BOS Development, a real estate development & brokerage firm based in Harlem, NY. In her leadership of BOS Development, she brings a record of financial innovation as a former investment banker with J. P. Morgan Chase and a deep commitment to building communities. Her record of community leadership includes past service on several boards including three terms on Community Board #10 in Harlem. Ms. Sibblies graduated from Yale University with a major in Economics and Political Science. She also obtained an MBA from The Wharton School. She serves as the lead principal for the general partner of CSQOF.
